We own our production facility, cutting workshop, stitching lines, and QC team. Unlike trading companies, we control every step from material sourcing to final packing, which means better pricing, faster communication, and full transparency for your OEM backpack project. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer): You provide the complete design, tech pack, or physical sample, and we manufacture it exactly to your specifications. Ideal for established brands with their own design team.

ODM (Original Design Manufacturer): We provide ready-made designs and structures that you can customize with your logo, fabric, colors, and hardware. Perfect for startups or brands that want to launch faster without full product development costs.

Our standard MOQ depends on the customization level:

Stock / ready styles with logo only | 100 pcs per style
ODM (modify existing design) | 300 pcs per style per color
Full OEM (custom design materials) | 500 pcs per style per color
For startup brands or market testing, we can discuss lower trial quantities on select styles. Mixed-color orders are also supported for ODM styles to help you test the market. Contact us with your project details and we'll find a solution that fits.

Yes, absolutely.We strongly recommend sampling before any bulk production.
We offer three types of samples:Stock sample: 1–2 working days (for quality reference only)
Simple custom sample (logo + minor changes): 5–7 working days
Full custom sample (new design, custom fabric/hardware): 8–15 working days
Sample fees are charged based on design complexity, but the sample fee is fully refundable once your bulk order meets our MOQ. We ship samples worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

After sample approval and deposit, our standard production lead time is:
Simple / ODM styles: 20–25 days
Complex / full OEM styles: 25–35 days
Large orders (5,000+ pcs): 35–45 days
Peak season (August–October) may add 5–7 days. We always confirm the exact lead time in your proforma invoice before production begins, and we provide regular production updates with photos so you can track progress.

Polyester / Nylon: 300D, 600D, 900D, 1680D, waterproof PU/PVC coating
Oxford fabric: Various weights with water-repellent treatment
Leather & PU: Genuine leather, split leather, PU, vegan leather
Canvas & Cotton: Natural, dyed, and recycled options
Recycled / Eco-friendly: RPET polyester(from recycled plastic bottles), GRS-certified fabrics, recycled lining, water-based adhesives
Hardware: YKK zippers, custom buckles, metal logos, magnetic snaps

Yes. As a backpack manufacturer exporting to Europe (including Sweden, Switzerland, Germany, and the EU), we understand REACH compliance is non-negotiable. Our material database is pre-screened to ensure all fabrics, PU coatings, dyes, and hardware stay below the 0.1% SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) threshold.
We can provide:

REACH Declaration of Conformity
SVHC compliance documentation
For Swiss and EU clients, we also support UK REACH and CA Prop 65 compliance upon request. Always let us know your target market so we can select the right compliant materials from the start.

Quality is built into every stage of our process:
Incoming material inspection: Fabric weight, color fastness, hardware functionality checked before cutting
Cutting & stitching audit: In-line QC monitors stitch density, seam alignment, and reinforcement at stress points
Finished product inspection: 100% check for zippers, straps, loading capacity, and cosmetic defects4.
Pre-shipment inspection: AQL 2.5 standard random sampling, with photos and reports shared with you before shipment
We welcome third-party inspections(SGS, BV, Intertek) or your own QC team at any stage. For Amazon sellers, we pay special attention to packaging consistency, barcode accuracy, and FBA labeling requirements.

Our standard payment terms for OEM/ODM orders:
30% deposit via T/T (bank transfer) to start production
70% balance before shipment or against copy of B/L
Sample orders: 100% prepaid via PayPal, T/T, or Western Union
For long-term cooperation clients, we can negotiate more flexible terms.
We also accept L/C at sight for large orders.
All prices are quoted in USD (FOB Guangzhou/Shenzhen), and we can provide CIF or DDP quotes upon request.

We ship worldwide and have extensive experience delivering to Sweden, Switzerland, Germany, and other European markets:
Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS)： 3–7 days, ideal for samples and small urgent orders
Air freight: 7–12 days, for medium orders
Sea freight (FCL/LCL): 25–35 days to major European ports, most cost-effective for bulk orders
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We handle shipping, customs clearance, duties, and delivery to your door — especially popular for Sweden and Switzerland where import procedures can be complex.
For Amazon sellers, we support direct FBA shipping to European fulfillment centers with proper labeling and packaging.
